Welcome to the website for the Andalusian Horse Association of Australasia
(established in 1973).
This association holds the Stud Books in
Australasia
for the Purebred Spanish Horse, the
Australian Andalusian, the Hispano-Arabe, the Partbred Andalusian and shares, with the Lusitano
Association of
Australasia,
the Stud Book for the Purebred Iberian
Horse (Pure Spanish x Pure Lusitano).
The Association publishes a quarterly magazine about Andalusians in
Australasia
and also runs shows
and seminars promoting this unique and ancient breed. Close connections are maintained
with ANCCE, the National Breeder`s Association of Spain, which holds
the Stud Book for the breed in
Spain.
